C&H Sugar / ASR

At C&H Sugar / ASR, I am responsible for creating the work instruction documentation for the packaging lines. These documents are used as training and reference material for new employees while they learn how to operate new stations.

To complete the instructions, I spend anywhere from 7 - 30 days interviewing the subject matter experts, working to understand and lay out the information I receive as clearly as possible.

After gathering and confirming each step of the process, I photograph, edit, and layout the copy and design for the documentation.
